The Challenge

Ensure seamless client onboarding that resulted in high adoption rates of our solution in hospital settings

My Solution

• I Led the technical engagement and workshops with client stakeholders to ensure that the customisations needed to implement our software at their site were met
• When the project was ready for release, I was in charge of change management and ensuring that the rollout was successful
• Due to privacy laws around patient data, I would routinely need to complete govenrment security questionnaires to get clearence by the client CIO's to integrate our software

Results & Impact

By successfully integrating with new clients, we were able to build our customer base and generate a great reputation within the health sector
